Shopping with The Alley

These terms apply to purchases through thealleycc.com, operated by The Alley Cards and Collectibles. Please read the product listing, these terms, our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy before ordering.

Product information

The product title and description identify the item and purchase unit, such as a pack, box or case. Review the year or season, brand, set, sport or game, format and quantity carefully. A box is not a complete set unless the listing says so.

Sealed trading cards contain randomized assortments. Preview images may show possible card designs or pulls rather than the specific contents of your purchase. Specific cards, players, grades, resale values or financial returns are not promised unless a listing expressly identifies a particular item or guaranteed inclusion. Manufacturer release dates, artwork and product details may change.

Prices, payment and availability

Review the item price, quantity, shipping charges, applicable taxes and currency shown at checkout before submitting payment. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Products are subject to availability. If we discover an error or cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you; we will not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed price without your consent. If we cancel an order we cannot fulfill, payment for the canceled items will be refunded.

Preorders and fulfillment

Items labeled Presale or Preorder are not ready for immediate shipment. Fulfillment follows product release and inventory arrival. A manufacturer's expected release date is not a guaranteed delivery date. Our Shipping Policy explains processing, shipping and pickup. Where a shipping delay requires notice, consent or a cancellation/refund option under applicable law, we will provide those options.

Final sales and order problems

All sales are final, subject to our Refund Policy and your rights under applicable law. Report incorrect orders immediately. Contact us promptly about damage or other fulfillment problems so we can review the issue.

Website use and privacy

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit fraudulent orders. Logos, photographs and product artwork belong to their respective owners; purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in that content. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Updates and consumer rights

We may update these terms for future use and purchases; the updated date appears above. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
