Order processing

For in-stock items, we aim to ship the day after you place your order. Some orders may ship the same day. These are processing targets, not guaranteed dispatch or delivery dates. Processing time is separate from the carrier's transit time.

Shipping options and charges

Available shipping destinations, services and charges are shown at checkout for your order and delivery address. We offer carrier-calculated shipping, including UPS services where available. Your final shipping charge is displayed before you pay. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates and are separate from our order-processing time.

Preorders

Items marked Presale or Preorder are upcoming products. Any release date shown is the manufacturer's expected release date and may change. Preorders ship after the product is released and our inventory arrives; release-day delivery is not guaranteed. The next-day processing target for in-stock items does not apply before preorder stock is ready to ship.

If we cannot ship within an applicable promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the delay or cancellation/refund options required by law.

Local pickup

If pickup is available for your order, you can select it at checkout. Wait for our ready-for-pickup email before visiting, and bring your order confirmation and photo ID. Pickup is at 435 2nd Street, Lake Oswego, OR 97034, during shop hours: Wednesday–Saturday, 11:00 AM–6:00 PM; Sunday, 12:00 PM–5:00 PM. We are closed Monday and Tuesday. Hours are in America/Los_Angeles time; holiday hours may differ.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error or receive an incorrect or damaged order. Include your order number and a description of the issue; photographs of the item and packaging help us review delivery problems. Please keep the item and packaging while we investigate.
